Great Kitchens

Dieter Thöle from Great Kitchens needed a headshot to market his business. Standing in front of the camera is not his favourite pastime. Dieter is a fantastic cabinet maker based in Hout Bay, He prides himself in great designs and efficient installations of his cupboards and kitchens for his clients. He assembles all his cupboards in his workshop and can install a kitchen faster than his competitors. We decided to transform his lounge into a small studio.

I knew that Dieter does not like standing in front of the camera, and my goal was to keep it as short as possible for him. In the end, it took me more time to set up lights and background than to actually take his headshots.
