On-Location Shoots with Professional Lighting
I work on location, bringing my professional lighting equipment to create the perfect setup for your corporate portraits. Most clients utilise a boardroom for the session, which is usually the best option. (Please let me know if you don’t have a boardroom or require the session to happen at a different location.) As part of the preparation for the portrait shoot, I do a site visit ahead of time. This allows us to discuss logistical or other practical considerations for the shoot.
Experience with Camera-Shy Clients
As a corporate portrait photographer, I understand that most people don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera.
That’s why I specialise in working with clients who may feel camera-shy., making the entire process enjoyable and relaxed. When you feel comfortable, it shines through in your portraits.
I also coach my clients in using body language and presenting themselves best. For many clients, the portrait session ends up being way more fun than they expected it to be.
Professional Makeup Artists and Hair Stylists
I recommend using one of my preferred makeup artists to give your portraits a polished look. Clients who use a professional makeup artist tend to be more confident and more relaxed when they engage with me in front of the camera.
I also recommend a hairstylist I work with who can style your hair before the shoot. In my experience as a corporate portrait photographer, working with these professionals will ensure that you look your best, giving you a flawless appearance that reflects your professionalism and confidence with a still natural look to your images.
I understand the importance of a quick turnaround time. Generally, I deliver your images within five working days after the shoot or after the final image selection. I know that time is of the essence, and I strive to meet your deadlines without compromising on quality.
Should you need a more detailed look I can offer a proofing gallery with almost instant updates on the retouching process.
In most cases, this is unnecessary; a single proof will be enough information for me to complete the retouch work.
Tethered Shooting and Remote Preview
As a corporate portrait photographer, I utilise tethered shooting during the shoot, allowing you to preview the images in real time. This means you can see how the portraits turn out and make any necessary adjustments during the session.
Additionally, I offer the option to connect remotely to a preview of the images, allowing brand managers to view, comment on, and select images during the shoot.
Online Gallery Delivery
Once the shoot is complete and the images are edited, I deliver them to you through a secure online gallery. This allows for easy access, convenient sharing, and hassle-free downloading. You can view and select your favourite portraits at your own pace and download them in several resolutions. The galleries don't stay live permanently, but if you require permanent access, I offer an add-on to support you for this.
I also offer corporate headshots. Find out more about it on my dedicated headshot photography page The main difference between portraits and headshots is that the headshot focuses on the face and is shot from the chest and above. I shoot headshots against a neutral background (white, grey or black).
